ST. JOHN'S CHURCH
Built in the 12 th century on the ruins of the old church of St. Peter, St. John’s church was then destroyed by the earthquakes of the 17 th century and rebuilt in baroque style during the 18th century.
The bell tower, which rises above sea level, at 449 metres, is the highest point of the town.
Open every day, with conducted tours, from 9.00 am till 13.00 am and from 15.30 till 20.00 pm.
